The organiser has been attending and helping to run transgender support groups for many years.
Beth Took over running the meeting in April 2017 from Susan Russell who had been running it for nine years. Beth is a long standing member of the group and has attended the meeting since it started in 1995. It was at the third ever meeting in the then Wolverton Village Hall that she made her first foray out into the wide world. As a result she has a lot of experience of the transgender world but can still remember what it was like to take those first tentative steps out.
